As an Excess dealer I sold this boat when she was new. The owner has now taken delivery of a Excess 13 I sold to him and his boat is in the MED. No real need for two catamarans. However, it is bitter sweet for the owner to sell his 12 but I suppose it is a positive testimony to how much he loved the 12 and decided to move up to a 13.
This particular EXCESS 12 has been well looked after and treated very well. The owners are a meticulous couple. He has added a few items over the years and upgraded more.
For example , she has a nice watermaker and underwater lights.
A new one similarly equipped would have been close to $640,000 and with tariffs more. However, truth in fact, is that EXCESS decided to replace the 12 with your choice of an 11 or a 13.
The Excess 12 adopts a marked chine and a pronounced deck sheer, creating unique lines. Her twin helm stations, located aft, offer a maximum of sensations and create a more seamanlike concept that brings us closer to the sea. The light and precise helm are reminiscent of the pleasures of helming a monohull.
On the outside there is the usual trampoline between the hulls, great for sunbathing, as well as the large exterior table. The hulls have a large volume with A three double cabin

I chose Zee (Zvonimir Kalinic) after posting an ad for a broker on Yacht Sales from about 15 other brokers because he showed professionalism and care right away compared to the others.
