BEGMAR 4 is a 2021 Nautitech Open 40, one-owner, privately used, in excellent condition. This 3-cabin Owner’s Layout offers spacious comfort, with the entire port hull dedicated to the owner's suite—featuring a large berth, lounge/desk area, and a private bathroom with separate shower. The starboard hull has two guest cabins sharing a head and shower, all with ample storage, ocean-view windows, fans, and heating.
The cockpit is the heart of the yacht, ideal for entertaining or relaxing, fully enclosable with weather protection and heated for cold days. Inside, the galley is designed for stability underway and equipped with two fridges for extended cruising. The saloon table converts to an extra berth or watch bed for long passages.

Navigation: Equipped with upgraded twin 50hp Volvo Penta engines, BEGMAR 4 features a comprehensive sail inventory including two gennakers, one spinnaker, one jib, and a North Sails performance mainsail upgrade. For ease of handling, she has an electric winch at the helm. Navigation is fully integrated with a premium B&G electronics suite—three chartplotters, radar, forward scan, and logs—alongside an onboard computer running both TimeZero and OpenCPN navigation systems.
Comfort & Energy Systems: Designed for off-grid comfort, she boasts a 60L/h watermaker, Eberspächer diesel water-circulation heating system in all cabins, the galley, and cockpit, two refrigerators, a washing machine, and 1000W of solar panels. Energy storage is secured by a 400Ah lithium battery bank (new), supplemented by a Watt&Sea hydrogenerator. A premium Bose sound system is managed via a Fusion Bluetooth controller.
The boat is Tax Paid in Europe and also imported French Polynesia.

I chose Zee (Zvonimir Kalinic) after posting an ad for a broker on Yacht Sales from about 15 other brokers because he showed professionalism and care right away compared to the others.
