Built in late 2018, this is one of the very last 44 Helia Evolutions built. No lightning strikes or hurricanes, she is an excellent example of an owner-operated (never chartered) US documented and IMPORTED (no duties or tariffs) yacht with the preferred 3 stateroom/3 head configuration. She provides the owner plenty of privacy and space as the entire starboard hull is dedicated to the master stateroom, office area, ensuite head and stall shower. Two guest staterooms each with private head and stall shower comprise the port hull. North American (110V/60Hz.) configured and fully equipped for off grid living.
