About
Oz is a 2019 Bali 4.1 sailing catamaran currently moored Kemah, Texas. Purchased new in March 2019, she has had a single, knowledgeable owner, has never been chartered, is US-flagged, and has been consistently and properly maintained.
Oz is a proven cruising yacht with a documented blue-water pedigree. She recently completed a two-year, slow-paced offshore voyage from Seattle to Kemah, transiting the Panama Canal and cruising extensively throughout Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Florida. Over this passage-making history, Oz has demonstrated reliable performance across a broad range of offshore conditions, underscoring the capability and durability expected of a well-found cruising catamaran.
Propulsion is provided by upgraded twin 40 HP Yanmar 3JH40 diesel engines with approximately 1,600 hours. Both engines have been serviced on a regular schedule and exercised consistently in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Notable upgrades and features include:
