About

2021 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 40 3 Cabin - Morning Star

BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, a product of South African boat builders Robertson & Caine, features a unique, modern design thanks to experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd as well as Robertson & Caine's design team. She resembles her predecessors in speed, agility, and blue-water performance, but her enhancements include an increased hull volume and an innovative interior layout, which is unlike any Leopard before her. Her galley is located forward and the forward-facing settee and window and an access door to the forward platform of the boat. This allows for a panoramic view with large sliding glass doors between the saloon and the aft cockpit. This arrangement promotes easy communication for guests and an open flow between the saloon and the aft cockpit, creating a fusion of indoor and outdoor living space.

BROKERS REMARKS: MORNING STAR represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the youngest models in the esteemed 40 series, and notably, one of the final examples available with no hurricane history due to her location and age. This vessel features the sought-after 3-cabin, 2-head configuration, which is perfect for a couple or family seeking an owners layout vs the "I'm a charter boat" 4 cabin version. Finished with a refined light Ash interior, she is equipped with air conditioning, a reliable generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a convenient walk-through forward door. The owner had new sails fitted in July.  Port engine panel recently replaced with new starboard panel on order.  Located at our premier Belize facility, renowned for its meticulous refits and seamless handovers, MORNING STAR is primed for her next discerning owner.

AVAILABILITY: This yacht is currently in the fleet till 31st August 2025.  Upon release from the fleet, the yacht will enter Belize refit, and can be ready to sail away for the start of the winter 2025 season.

We take pride in our happy customers

The multihull company, specifically Andrew Hodgson worked with me in the sale of Gods Grace, a 50’ Voyage 500. They made sure that as many people as possible touched it, laid hands on it, ultimately resulting in a offer and sale and was extremely helpful in the prep and sale process as I did not live locally… If you want to make sure that people actually see your vessel, will be honest and truly assist you in the sale, Andrew is the man for the job.

Andrew Hodgdon always goes above and beyond. After several transactions I wouldn’t work with anyone else in the industry.

— David Pignolet

Andrew at the Multihull Company was our buyer’s broker and he was excellent to work with. He thoroughly explained the purchase process, and helped with many questions along the way. We would definitely use Andrew and Multihull again to buy and sell catamarans and yachts.
