The craft is registered as pleasure, not commercial, right now. It is strictly being used as accommodations for crew, but can easily be converted to suit any needs.
It can be registered as commercial when purchased. Would have to obtain the COI which would be easier than some boats. The boat is aluminum and in good condition. It has newer radar and electronics. It was built in 1974 so would not need a ABS Load line certificate or inspection.
