ADOFRI is a true find.. a stunning 2015 Leopard 44 bought by her owner to cruise the globe in extreme comfort and safety, she has benefited from outstanding upgrades and has been maintained like new. Ready for immediate extended cruising now.
She started life in the BVI and was taken to the US for her first refit, then through the Bahamas and onwards to Panama where she had her second refit for the full blue water transformation. The trip across to French Polynesia, 3800nm, was a 21 day beautiful sail. Onwards again to Niue, New Zealand, Vanuatu, Australia, Indonesia and finally Langkawi, Malaysia where she awaits her next owner.
ADOFRI is a four double cabin layout version with one cabin currently dedicated as storage, easily returned to a sleeping cabin of course. She is striking in many ways, the interior is the sought after 'Light Ash' theme and entertainment onboard is certainly above par... she boasts a FUSION stereo system with a pair of speakers in the forward cockpit, the saloon and aft cockpit. ALEXA speakers in both aft cabins plus a 27'' flat screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick in each of those cabins. The saloon has a 32'' flatscreen TV.
A portable Google projector has a 100 inch screen that is designed to attach at the bows and play through the FUSION system giving movie nights on the top deck or the patio!

Machinery
Twin Yanmar 3JH5E diesel engines with approximately 2,245 hours on both port and starboard engines as of August 2026. Full service completed in 2026, including saildrives, rudders, bottom work, and PropSpeed application. The yacht is fitted with two custom 4 mm aluminum 300 L fuel tanks, each with three inspection hatches, addressing the factory corrosion issue. A 6 kW Northern Lights diesel generator provides reliable onboard power.
Steering
EDSON wheel steering system featuring a wheel-to-sprocket drive, roller chain, stainless steel steering wires, and an aluminum transverse bar across the aft side of the bridge deck in a pull-pull configuration. Aluminum rudderstock tillers are connected to the steering bar with universal joints. Spectra rope rudder stops provide controlled rudder travel, while a stainless steel emergency tiller through a deck plate provides reliable backup steering.

Aluminum mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging. Original rig upgraded in 2020 to Leopard 45 specification, including the addition of a second inner forestay for a staysail and enhanced heavy-weather sailing capability.
