This very clean, 2018, Nautitech 46 Open, owner version layout, just arrived Fort Lauderdale with its liveaboard owners. They have been cruising the Eastern seaboard and Bahamas for the last six months. Turn key yacht, ready to go. US flag, duty paid. Owners are entrepreneurs who have been called back to run a company. Prior owner was a UK based superyacht captain who crossed the Atlantic and used it lightly on the US East coast.
Low hours on the twin Volvo engines (800h) and Cumins-Onan generator (600h). Very well equipped with generator, air-conditioning throughout, water-maker. Owners are experienced sailors who chose this model for its nice turn of speed, good feedback at the wheel and sail inventory: fully battened mainsail, self-tacking jib, screecher on continuous furler, symmetric Oxley spinnaker. A brand new 120% overlapping jib with new sheet tracks is onboard and can be installed.
Engines, props and genset all serviced October 2022, bottom paint October 2022 in Virginia. This is a 110V boat.

I bought a yacht that I had never seen. I did this because I trusted my broker Andrew Holland.
