Major Upgrades
In 2024, Sangaris was completely repowered with twin Volvo Penta D1-30 engines, new saildrives, transmissions, folding props, and line cutters—all under warranty through February 2029. As of early 2025, both engines have approximately 400 hours. Electrical upgrades include the installation of two new 550-watt solar panels (1,100 watts total) with smart controllers, along with a brand-new battery bank consisting of six Trojan T-145 house batteries and two marine starter batteries. Additional 2025 upgrades include a factory-rebuilt 18-gallon-per-hour EchoTec watermaker, a new Maxwell 1500 windlass, and a new 15HP Suzuki dinghy outboard with electric start and lithium battery. The bottom was fully sanded, prepped, and painted with multiple coats in November 2024.
Accommodations
This is an owner’s version layout featuring a spacious owner’s stateroom with a queen berth and private en-suite head on the port side. The starboard hull includes a second queen stateroom, a single berth forward, and a shared head, all with large cedar-lined hanging lockers, generous drawer storage, and Swanstone countertops with separate shower enclosures. Both hulls are lined with built-in cabinetry, bookcases, and additional storage. A Splendide washer/dryer is installed in the starboard companionway. All interior woodwork is finished in teak, cherry, and ash, with Sunbrella upholstery and synthetic teak-and-holly soles throughout. Hatches are fitted with retracting Oceanair screens and shades.
Salon & Galley
The bridge-deck main salon features a large L-shaped settee with a Swanstone dining table, adjacent to a well-equipped galley that includes a ForceTen three-burner propane stove and oven, a top-loading 10-cubic-foot Adler-Barbour refrigerator/freezer, and abundant cabinetry. A dedicated navigation station with storage and a custom AC/DC electrical panel is located opposite the galley. Beneath the settee are the Mastervolt CombiMaster inverter/charger, new battery bank, forward Cruisair A/C unit, and AB refrigeration compressor. An entertainment center is positioned above a large hanging wet locker inside the cockpit entry, which features both a watertight Bomar Lexan door and a retracting Phantom screen.

Cockpit & Helm
The cockpit is protected by Manta’s exclusive full aluminum enclosure and fiberglass hardtop with integrated radar arch. It includes two full sets of Strataglass and screen roll-up panels, an 8-foot-wide couch across the radar arch, and a welded dinghy/kayak davit system. The helm station features a Pompano Elite helmsman chair with footrest, offering unobstructed 360-degree visibility and access to all key controls and lines. A single electric/manual Harken winch handles all sail controls—including halyards, sheets, and reef lines—while a second manual winch handles spinnaker gear. The forward isinglass panels were replaced in 2024, and the layout is optimized for true single-handed sailing.
Sails & Rig
The rig includes a full-batten Doyle mainsail (10.3oz high-modulus dacron) with lazy jacks and integrated reefing lines, all led to the helm. The self-tacking Doyle jib (8.3oz dacron) is mounted on a Camber Spar with a jib downhaul system. Line management is handled through Harken deck organizers, sheet stoppers, and dedicated line bags, with all spinnaker control lines led aft to a separate cockpit winch. Sail area totals 833 square feet, and the mast height is 59’6” above the waterline.
Construction & Systems
The hull, deck, and internal structures are built using vacuum-bagged triaxial, biaxial, and unidirectional fiberglass with Divinycell and Nida-Core for strength, stiffness, and weight reduction. The bows and keels are Kevlar reinforced, and all hulls below the waterline are solid fiberglass with vinylester resin. Deck hardware is installed with aluminum backing plates, and high-stress areas feature solid laminate construction. Thru-hulls are non-corrosive Marelon (brass used only for engine intakes), and plumbing and electrical systems are built to ABYC standards. The hull-to-deck joint is bonded with 3M 5200 adhesive and reinforced with a 360-degree unidirectional laminate for a monocoque structure. Rudders are solid fiberglass with 2-inch stainless steel shafts, and all external fittings are 316 stainless steel.

Zvonimir heard that my vessel was back on the market and reached out to see what was going on. Nothing wrong with the boat! He put me in touch with Charles and we got her sold. Thanks for all the support and making it happen TMC!
Chuck was amazing throughout the entire process. Not sure how we could have navigated this without him and the Multihull team!
It gets no better than The Multihull Company. I’ve watched their great videos for years. When it was time to sell my catamaran, there were no other brokerages in consideration. THEY ARE THE CATAMARAN MARKET LEADERS!! Captain Will Miller has taken the company to the top level. They had an interested buyer prior to my listing going live. I was under contract the first week. The Multihull Company is an impressive organization.
Was a pleasure working with Andrew Hodgdon as buyers agent for our recent multihull purchase. Very knowledgeable of this space and for sure my first call buying or selling a yacht.
