Nautilus Yacht Management is proud to present One Life, a Lagoon 440 which has been recently given a huge refit and lavished with the very best equipment at no expense spared. Owned by a professional skipper with almost 50 years of sailing experience and his wife, One Life became their full-time home on the ocean in 2022 after a few years exploring the Maldives, Seychelles, Madagascar, ect, before crossing the Indian Ocean towards Asia, where they have spent the past 2-3 years sailing between Indonesia, Thailand and remote, idyllic archipelagos. They are now ready to move to a bigger boat and have decided to sell.
One Life is a wonderful opportunity to purchase a proven, beautifully equipped bluewater cruising catamaran at a reasonable price.
For a bit of info about Nautilus Yacht Management, we are a boutique-style brokerage devoted to high quality cruising yachts and to the cruising community since our launch in Sydney in 2011.
With several offshore branches from French Polynesia to Fiji, Asia, New Zealand and Australia to assist cruisers along their cruising routes, we are here to help both sellers and buyers with the logistics involved from registration to insurance, delivery, import, survey, storage and crewing if required.
Ex- cruisers ourselves we just strive to help others begin their journey on the ocean.
If you think One Life could be what you are looking for please get in touch! Our team can organize a private video viewing, discuss the purchase process with you as well as have all the time in the world to answer your questions, assist with organising your visit, survey, purchase, delivery home if needed, insurance, registration, berthing, crewing, etc.
The Lagoon 440 is highly regarded for its blend of spacious comfort, a revolutionary flybridge helm station with excellent visibility, and solid construction that makes it a popular and reliable choice for long-term cruising and liveaboard life.
Key Features and Benefits:
A Word From The Owners:
"The boat was completed in Nov 2005 (model 2006) and delivered by cargo ship to the Seychelles for her previous owner, who kept her in Mauritius and used it very little.
One Life was always privately owned, never chartered and well maintained by a full time private skipper.
We are Leena and Steph a French and Mauritian couple who purchased One Life in 2017. Steph has almost 50 years of sailing experience and has spent his life on the ocean.
We spent the first four years around Seychelles, Madagascar , Reunion and Mauritius.
We did a major refit to One Life and left Mauritius in 2022 to sail around Asia, cruising Indonesia and Thailand for the past 3 years and finally settling in Langkawi this November 2025, where the boat is ideally located to find a new family as there are no sales tax in Langkawi, great marine facilities and beautiful cruising grounds to explore, with easy reach to other parts of the world such as Australia or the South Pacific Islands without the need for long passages needed.
Our reason for selling One Life is that another opportunity has presented itself to us and we are looking at upgrading to a larger vessel.
One Life is a solid and extremely well-maintained boat. She has had several refits over the years, the latest in February 2025. In 2021, we had the sugar scoops professionally extended to improve upwind performance and for a more comfortable motion, both at anchor and in the seaway. With no plans to sell at the time, we actually lavished One Life with a beautiful suite of black Elvstrom sails, full new standing rigging from Petersen, Lithium batteries, Starlink, new electronics, ect.
One Life was also re-powered with Two Volvo D2-75 turbo engines in 2016 (engine models 2015), before we purchased her. Her engines are always religiously maintained and are still low hours at about 2500 hours only.
Until One Life has found a buyer we will remain on board and continue to take care of her. We are available to show you the boat via video or on location and to assist you with your sea trial and handover." Steph and Leena, Langkawi, November 2025.

The brokerage team has been amazing. They helped me find the right catamaran for our family of four, with enough space for extended family and friends to stay with us anytime. The broker really helped me narrow down what I needed. I started with a long list and eventually narrowed it down to something that was the right fit and price for me.
I cannot speak too highly of Andrew Hodgdon and his colleagues at the Multihull Company.
The process of selling my boat was very smooth and well managed and with excellent communication – especially important as I was unable to be nearby during the sale process. Andrew’s deep knowledge of the market and my boat was very reassuring. We spoke regularly and he kept me closely advised all the way through to a happy sale. I found him a good guy, very helpful, willing to share and bounce ideas around, and I enjoyed working with him. Highly recommended!
Andrew Hodgdon and The Multihull Company are really professional! I just closed a deal with them, and everything was pretty smooth. Andrew was punctual, showed a lot of expertise, and he was honest about all the problems with the boat. He is also giving me the support I need to run all the projects on this boat. This whole process was much better than I was expecting, and I recommend this team! Thank you, Andrew.
The multihull company, specifically Andrew Hodgson worked with me in the sale of Gods Grace, a 50’ Voyage 500. They made sure that as many people as possible touched it, laid hands on it, ultimately resulting in a offer and sale and was extremely helpful in the prep and sale process as I did not live locally… If you want to make sure that people actually see your vessel, will be honest and truly assist you in the sale, Andrew is the man for the job.
