The Fontaine Pajot Mahe 36 is a sailing catamaran ready for adventure. Easy to maneuver, responsive under sail, and rigged for solo handling. Shallow 3.5 ft draft, 55 ft air draft, and 19.5 beam is ideal for coastal or bluewater cruising. Perfect for exploring bay waters, cruising the ICW, or taking a jaunt to the islands.

Has been maintained in excellent condition and upgraded for comfortable weekend getaways or extended cruising. The bright and airy salon has panoramic views and sliding glass doors connecting to the cockpit. Efficient layout with six-person dinette, navigation table, and galley including propane oven and three-burner stove, 12v refrigerator plus abundant counter and storage space. The cockpit is an outdoor extension of the salon, seats ten and is shaded by a full bimini. The raised helm has full view for sailing and easy access to the deck but is also still part of the cockpit social space.

Down below, the starboard hull owner’s suite includes aft cabin with queen berth, generous storage, and a luxurious head with separate shower, custom cabinets, and electric flush toilet. The port hull has a second queen cabin and a double cabin. New foam mattresses provide super comfortable sleeping. Perfect layout for families or small groups. Other amenities include shore powered air conditioning and heating, custom curtains and cockpit cushions, and sky shades in the salon.

Sail inventory includes full batten main (3 reef points) in stack pack and roller furling jib, plus code zero on a furler and gennaker with ATN sock. Downwind sails mount on extendable bowsprit.

Electronics include Standard Horizon fixed VHF with remote mic at helm, handheld VHF, AIS transponder, EPIRB, Garmin suite with 2025 US charts, 9” MFD, wind instrument, radar, depth/speed/temp transducer and autopilot.

At the helm are the main sheet, main halyard, jib sheets, topping lift, and 3 reef lines with clutches and two four speed Pontos winches. There are two more Harken ST winches for downwind sails, and a mast mounted winch for halyards. Lofran Cayman (2021) windlass.

Two 30 amp AC shore power inlets (ELCI) (2021) and cables with 50 amp and other adapters. New AGM batteries 2024: 105AH starting battery on starboard engine, 3x 105AH on port side. Two solar panels and wind generator. 2000w inverter.

Primary anchor on 300 ft chain, secondary fortress with 300 ft rope plus fortress anchor mounted on stern rail. 18 ft para-tech sea anchor with 600 ft rode.
