The large and breezy cockpit has 129 square feet of space and is protected by the hard top, with a full enclosure for the helm area. The raised helm has all lines and winches within easy reach with one of the 3 winches being electronic to handle the mainsail. The Lucia 40 boat is a new step into the market for catamarans this size. Produced with large spaces, a 129.39 square feet cockpit, and a 32.3 square feet lounge space.

I bought a yacht that I had never seen. I did this because I trusted my broker Andrew Holland.
