The large and breezy cockpit has 129 square feet of space and is protected by the hard top, with a full enclosure for the helm area.  Sliding door provides seamless flow to the salon and galley, providing a lovely indoor/outdoor area. This ensures that everyone can partake in the fun & conversation. The starboard hull is fully devoted to the owners stateroom with desk and ensuite bath.  The port hull features two staterooms sharing a bathroom with separate shower.

The raised helm has all lines and winches within easy reach with one of the 3 winches being electronic to handle the mainsail. The top of the line Shaeffer In-Boom Furling system allows the main to be raised without climbing on deck and makes raising the fully battened mainsail and furling genoa quickly and easily managed from the safety of the helm. The Lucia 40 boat is a new step into the market for catamarans this size. Produced with large spaces, a 129.39 square feet cockpit, and a 32.3 square feet lounge space.
