Dolphin 460 Owners Version "Route 66" - Well-Maintained, One-Owner Sail Catamaran in Punta Gorda, FL
In todays world there are three schools of thought about catamarans. One school is about chartering, a second is about livability and the third is all about performance and safety at sea. The Dolphin 46 is a meld of the last two. These boats were not built for the charter trade. They are intended to take owners and guest on great adventures all over the globe, with a twist of superior performance. From the basic design sprang a boat that is functional, accommodating, extremely well built and very quick. Her original owners took delivery in Brazil and then sailed the Caribbean to home in Florida and spent many years enjoying the Bahamas and east coast United States. Upkeep and maintenance was always a first priority.
Sail performance is enhanced by the carbon fiber mast, cross beams and RADAR mast. The mast is equipped with a rotating base which greatly increases her pointing ability. She carries a roller furling screecher on a bow sprit. Maybe best of all are the retractable dagger boards. These increase pointing ability while not adding to wetted surfaces. A bonus of this mast system is that it is low enough to venture through the ICW if desired.
Equipment highlights include: Excellent davit with tender and outboard, Solar panel array, Water maker, Modern electronics. Bottom sand blasted, barrier coated and painted 11/2024, Two zones of reverse cycle heat and AC.
Best of all this boat has the ability to carry the weight and has proper storage to carry all the "stuff" required for voyaging.

Awesome company that worked as my brokerage on purchasing out FP catamaran. A special shoutout to Will Miller for walking us through the process
The process of selling our boat was made very smooth by the Multihull Company and Andrew Hodgdon in particular. Andrew helped us navigate the selling process including moving our boat from Grenada to Florida to execute the sale. We would recommend working with this company, and Andrew Hodgdon in particular, without hesitation.
