2016 Nautitech 46 Fly - Fully Equipped - Ready to Sail
Off-grid-ready Nautitech 46 Fly: 1,320Ah lithium, 1.7kW solar, new Northern Lights Generator, Air conditioning, Watermaker
This 2016 Nautitech 46 Fly, launched in 2017, has been privately owned since 2022 and upgraded without compromise for extended cruising. She is one of the most completely equipped 46 Flys on the market. Her Victron lithium system, fed by a 1,744W walk-on solar array, runs the air conditioning through the night at anchor. Behind it sits a new heavy-duty Northern Lights 7.5kW generator with only around 50 hours, a true commercial-grade unit built for long service life. A new Dessalator watermaker and saloon and cabin heating make her genuinely independent in any season.
The underlying condition matches the equipment. Her hull was sandblasted in 2025, and the engines and saildrives received a full service in 2026, including new injectors, heat exchangers, and exhaust elbows. Performance was upgraded in steps: Doyle Fibercon Dyneema main and jib (2024), an Elvström Code Zero on a carbon bowsprit, and a new Garmin suite with radar, AIS, and autopilot. She comes with an AST carbon tender and a 20 hp Mercury.
The yacht was operated on charter from 2017 until 2022, when she was purchased by her current owner for private use. Since then, the owner has invested substantially in upgrading and maintaining the yacht, transforming her into a comfortable, reliable, and highly capable cruising platform.
This Nautitech 46 Fly is offered as a turnkey cruising yacht, ready for her next owner and next adventure.

The 4-cabin version offers four double cabins, each with its own private head and washbasin, while each hull has a dedicated separate shower compartment shared by the two cabins. This layout makes her exceptionally well suited to family cruising, extended stays aboard, or accommodating guests in comfort.
Starboard hull: Two double cabins, each with its own head/sink area. The two heads share one central shower compartment between them. The port hull mirrors the same configuration.
The two aft cabins are equipped with 7.000 BTU air conditioning each, while all heads are equipped with new Jabsco Quiet Flush electric freshwater facilities. All four cabins have generous storage, hanging lockers and ample space for personal belongings, providing excellent comfort and privacy for extended periods aboard.
The thoughtful layout allows each hull to function as a self-contained accommodation area while maintaining the spacious and open living environment that characterizes the Nautitech 46 Fly.

I highly recommend Andrew Hodgdon. He served as our buyers broker. He is responsive, highly knowledgeable and very experienced. He is also an excellent guide and counselor before, during and after the boat purchase process. If you are looking for a good-sailing cat, he seems to collect most of the available boats on the better-sailing side of the market. Top marks.
Andrew did an excellent job getting me started on my new adventures. Worked with my conflicting schedule. Is very knowledgeable in the catamaran industry. 😎
I recently sold my Lagoon 450 with the Multihull Team. I would highly recommend their services. The professionalism and personal treatment I received was greatly appreciated.
Great Service, Great People
Helped me through the process.
I would go through them again in a future purchase.
The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!

A TMC buyer's broker will send line-by-line costs, what to check at survey, and how this boat compares with others that fit your plan.
Broad estimate by TMC based on the listing's published equipment, typical installed costs for this size of boat, and yard rates in the selected region. Not a survey, a quote or the listing broker's representation, and not a substitute for a professional marine survey. Verify all equipment and condition through a survey before you buy. Delivery, freight and financing figures are estimates; your broker confirms them.
