The Voyage 520 has a wide beam, allowing a spacious interior with a well-equipped galley, comfortable salon, and navigation station. Below decks are four en-suite queen cabins with an additional day head. Additional shelving has been added in some cabins for extra storage for charter guests or for long-distance cruising. Separate crew quarters feature a fully air-conditioned berth forward of the galley with deck access. WindScape comfortably sleeps 10 and has plenty of cold storage to keep everyone well fed. WindScape has air conditioning throughout; 2 units were recently replaced.

Galley

The Voyage 520’s galley is both practical and inviting, featuring high-top bar seating, recently polished countertops, a propane 4-burner stove with oven, and a microwave. Ample cold storage includes a double drawer-style refrigerator and a top-down freezer, making it well-equipped for extended cruising and onboard entertaining. This fully equipped galley features a double sink, a built-in drying rack,  a microwave, a coffee pot, and more.

Deck & Equipment

WindScape offers a well-equipped deck that makes handling easy and outdoor living comfortable. Features include eight deck cleats, three Anderson winches, a Quick windlass, and a 40kg Delta anchor for secure anchoring and docking. The telescoping boom allows for simple tender hauling, while the teak swim platform provides added deck space and dinghy storage. The swim ladder and cockpit shower make enjoying the water effortless. A cockpit wet bar and a new refrigerator add extra convenience for entertaining at the aft dining table and for relaxing in the shade. The foredeck offers substantial space on the hard deck as well as dual trampolines with teak walkway between.

Electronics & Navigation

At the helm of WindScape, you will find Raymarine Electronics: a chart plotter, an anemometer, a log-spedometer, a depth sounder, and an autopilot assist in navigation while underway. This Voyage 520 is equipped with RADAR for added navigational awareness and safety, especially for blue water cruising. The VHF radio is conveniently located at the helm for easy communication. In the Salon, you will find a flat screen TV and stereo system with speakers throughout.

Electrical, Power & Plumbing

The interior of this Voyage 520 is fully air conditioned, two of the units were replaced in 2026. Pressurized hot and cold water is supplied to all five heads as well as the cockpit wet bar and cockpit shower. New 6kw Northern Lights generator will power all your on-board needs while off the dock while shore power connectivity ensures convenience at the dock. Sea R.O. Watermaker delivers a dependable supply of fresh water for extended cruising.

Engine & Mechanical

WindScape is powered by twin 56 HP Yanmar 4JH5E diesel engines paired with SD60 saildrives, delivering reliable and efficient performance under power. Professionally maintained since 2011, the engines have benefited from consistent care and servicing.

Sails & Rigging

Equipped with a fully battened mainsail and a furling genoa with UV protection strip, WindScape boasts an efficient sail plan that delivers excellent performance and impressive speeds under sail. The fractional rig provides a balanced, responsive feel at the helm, making WindScape a fast and enjoyable cruising catamaran. A lazy bag system simplifies mainsail storage, while durable 1×19 stainless steel standing rigging offers strength and reliability for both coastal cruising and offshore passages.

Other

Most recently hauled out in Fajardo, WindScape was refreshed to fiberglass and got a full bottom job in 2025 and has never sustained hurricane damage. She has been professionally maintained and well loved by her hands-on owners.

We take pride in our happy customers

I recently sold my Lagoon 450 with the Multihull Team. I would highly recommend their services. The professionalism and personal treatment I received was greatly appreciated.

Great Service, Great People
Helped me through the process.
I would go through them again in a future purchase.

The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!

— Jeffrey Bredeson

Chuck at The Multihull Company is the real deal.
He helped us find our Lagoon 40 after genuinely listening to what we needed, not just what he had to sell. He let us visit the boat multiple times, answered every question honestly, and helped us make a confident decision on a major purchase.
What impressed us most was the post-sale support. Once the paperwork was signed, Chuck was still picking up the phone, offering referrals, and helping us work through the early stages of liveaboard life. That kind of follow-through is rare.
If you are looking for a multihull and want someone who knows the boats and actually cares about the outcome, Chuck is the person to call.

We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent. We worked with Conor, whom we met at the 2025 Cannes Boat Show. We started our search for a cruising catamaran in Florida at the beginning of the year. We spent a couple of months looking at different boats/models within our price range and quickly narrowed it down to what really mattered to us, in part thanks to the wealth of knowledge and expertise our broker provided. When we found a perfect match in Montenegro, Conor and The Multihull Company did not hesitate to continue supporting us and to lead the efforts from start to finish with great care and transparency. Communication and support have been outstanding throughout this entire process. Conor, in particular, showed great compassion and care, going above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned and that we would be able to safely and happily sail off into our big adventure.
