"American Honey" is a two owner Lipari 41 that has been sailed mostly on the Chesapeake Bay and up to Maine and Martha's Vineyard by her experienced owners. She has been consistently upgraded and never been in charter.
She has new Volvo 30 hp engines in 2020 and is equipped with new solar panels on custom arch, lithium batteries, new mast rigging, new sails, new custom bimini and glass, two new chart plotters, Radar, AIS, Starlink, new cockpit decking, new water maker, new standalone freezer and much more.

The main saloon has a panoramic view with curved windows. Fitted curtains tuck away for a clean look. Thick cushions make for a comfortable seating space to accommodate six. The curved table can be lowered to make into a sea berth while underway or for extra guests. More storage under the seats. On the port side forward, there is a full navigation station with a 12″ Garmin chart plotter.
The “L” shape galley is a chef’s delight with plenty of counter space and an ocean view. Double sinks with drainage area storage. Behind the three-burner stove is a large counter space area with an outlet for extra appliances. There is a microwave and custom storage cabinet underneath. The energy efficient piano-hinge style refrigeration unit has ample space with adjustable baskets plus a front-loading freezer.
The owner’s suite is to starboard and features:
On the port side, there is a queen berth aft with storage under and hanging locker. There is a shared bath in the passageway with an electric head and then another double berth forward. There is storage next to the bed above as well as under the bed and behind the cabin door. There is a small single berth forward with access from inside the cabin as well as from the deck. A great bunk for small children or extra storage space. Both forward and aft berths have custom mattresses.
There are screens for all the opening hatches and 6 cabin fans throughout for excellent ventilation. New inside hatch covers and porthole covers
