About
Destiny 2 is an excellent, well maintained example of the fine Belize line of Fountaine Pajot sailing catamarans. They are noted for their quality construction, and lack of historical structural issues.
The helm is in a logical location where you are protected from the elements, great all round visibility, access to sail controls and still connected to your crew either inside the cabin or the aft entertainment area. You will find that it is a great place to do sundowners, or events.
The interior is notably "soft" with comfortable seating, no sharp corners and a separated galley to make meal prep easy.
Sailing performance is surprising for a "non-daggarboard" boat because of the large sacrificial keels. Giving you great upwind performance and safety because of the sacrificial keels.
The super reliable Yanmar diesels are mated to SD25 sail drives that are located ahead of the rudders giving you far more maneuverability than forward mounted rudders.
Great bridge deck clearance minimizes slamming.
The FP Belize is a perfect blend of performance, family comfortable cruising at the same time easy to single hand as many "senior" sailors have done.
As a broker, I have sailed many times on and along side this model of catamaran, and I am constantly impressed with these boats.

I cannot speak too highly of Andrew Hodgdon and his colleagues at the Multihull Company.
The process of selling my boat was very smooth and well managed and with excellent communication – especially important as I was unable to be nearby during the sale process. Andrew’s deep knowledge of the market and my boat was very reassuring. We spoke regularly and he kept me closely advised all the way through to a happy sale. I found him a good guy, very helpful, willing to share and bounce ideas around, and I enjoyed working with him. Highly recommended!
Andrew Hodgdon and The Multihull Company are really professional! I just closed a deal with them, and everything was pretty smooth. Andrew was punctual, showed a lot of expertise, and he was honest about all the problems with the boat. He is also giving me the support I need to run all the projects on this boat. This whole process was much better than I was expecting, and I recommend this team! Thank you, Andrew.
The multihull company, specifically Andrew Hodgson worked with me in the sale of Gods Grace, a 50’ Voyage 500. They made sure that as many people as possible touched it, laid hands on it, ultimately resulting in a offer and sale and was extremely helpful in the prep and sale process as I did not live locally… If you want to make sure that people actually see your vessel, will be honest and truly assist you in the sale, Andrew is the man for the job.
Andrew Hodgdon always goes above and beyond. After several transactions I wouldn’t work with anyone else in the industry.
Andrew at the Multihull Company was our buyer’s broker and he was excellent to work with. He thoroughly explained the purchase process, and helped with many questions along the way. We would definitely use Andrew and Multihull again to buy and sell catamarans and yachts.
