About
Barbara Ann is a highly desirable second-owner boat, purchased from the original owners in 2012 and lovingly maintained ever since. She features a beautiful, custom factory-finished interior with a significantly larger and more comfortable salon layout than the standard configuration.
The salon offers a spacious L-shaped settee with an entertainment center directly opposite, creating an inviting and functional living space. Convenient access to the Splendide washer/dryer, which is externally vented, adds to her practicality for extended cruising.
Barbara Ann also benefits from well-balanced and strategically distributed fuel and water tankage, contributing to a smoother, more comfortable ride underway. She comes complete with a dinghy and easy-to-use davit system, making her well equipped for cruising and exploring.
With her excellent fuel economy, low bridge clearance, generous storage, and comfortable accommodations, Barbara Ann is exceptionally well suited for the Great Loop. She offers the combination of efficiency, livability, and practicality that makes an ideal long-range cruising boat.

Vessel Walkthrough
The vessel is boarded at deck level from a fixed dock through boarding gates, or from a floating dock by stepping directly onto the swim platform steps. Once on deck the Helm Bridge Deck is entered by passageways in both the port and starboard sides and through aft opening. There is a settee to starboard, an “L” shaped settee to port, two raised twin leather helm seats with Nav control station to port. The cockpit table is a live edge arcacia wood slab. A chart table slides out for easy access from the navigator’s chair on starboard. There is a factory hardtop with two opening hatches and is fully enclosed by sunshades, Eisenglass and screens with four 12-volt fans to provide even more air circulation. This is really a fully functional outside Salon with great views, and provides very comfortable entertainment amenities for your family and friends. There is lots of storage aft and in the settees. The passageway fore and aft is very safe with wide antiskid decks with easy SS handholds. There is more storage accessible in forward hatch lockers.
From the Helm Bridge Deck you go down a centerline passageway three steps to the Salon. There is an entertainment cabinet housing TV and stereo and a built-in liquor cabinet. The long counter top (easily accessible from the Galley below) provides lots of space for serving food. Forward there is a cabinet with file drawers. There is shelving to port, starboard and forward. There is a Splendide 2100 washer/dryer combo (externally vented) in an enclosed cabinet on the forward bulkhead. Lots of storage under and behind the L-shaped settee which is upholstered in a light gray colored silicone that is easy to clean. A wicker club chair provides additional seating. There are five large fixed ports and three overhead opening hatches (with integral screens and sun covers) providing ample ventilation and lots of light. The port aft bulkhead houses a sub-zero freezer with bookcase storage above. The electrical panel is opposite to starboard. There are very durable, beautiful teak & holly soles throughout.
Down three steps in the starboard hull is the Master Suite in the entire hull. Aft, in a separate enclosed cabin is the Master Stateroom with queen-size berth with a custom made memory foam mattress. The berth is fore and aft, not athwartship. This allows either party to get on and off the bed at its foot. There is a built-in shelf bookcase, a desk with four drawers with cabinets above. There are three S/S ports with screens and Peek-A-Boo shades. A 12-volt fan circulates air. There is easy engine access under berth with a lift up base on a gas shock. Continuing forward towards the MSR Head is a walk-through housing a custom triple-door hanging locker with six drawers below. The Head has a Corian vanity and sink with two lockers and two drawers. There is an opening portlight with a Medicine cabinet above. In the hull there are two lockers have been designed to access a huge amount of storage. Full forward is an Electric toilet and separate stall shower, two opening ports and a locker over the Head. There is a teak and holly sole in this hull.
In the port hull is the Galley, the Guest Stateroom and a Guest/Day Head has a separate enclosed Shower. The Guest Stateroom has a similar queen berth like the MSR with the same easy engine access. There is a double hanging locker over a three-drawer chest with adjacent locker. For air and light there are three opening ports with screens and Peek-A-Boo shades.
The Guest/Day Head features an electric toilet, a Corian topped vanity and sink, separate stall shower, mirror and medicine cabinet.
The Galley is directly below the Salon area separating the Guest Stateroom and the Guest/Day Head. This is a roomy and functional galley with two opening hullside ports w/screens providing excellent ventilation. There is abundant storage in five upper cabinets, six lower cabinets, four drawers and a large pantry.
Galley
The Galley is located in the port hull, and is extremely well lit and ventilated. The Salon overlooks it and the chef does not feel “left out of it”. It is a very roomy and fully functional Galley. There is lots of storage with five upper cabinets, six lower cabinets, four drawers and a large pantry. There are two opening hull-side ports w/screens providing excellent ventilation and view out.

I recently sold my Lagoon 450 with the Multihull Team. I would highly recommend their services. The professionalism and personal treatment I received was greatly appreciated.
Great Service, Great People
Helped me through the process.
I would go through them again in a future purchase.
The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!
Chuck at The Multihull Company is the real deal.
He helped us find our Lagoon 40 after genuinely listening to what we needed, not just what he had to sell. He let us visit the boat multiple times, answered every question honestly, and helped us make a confident decision on a major purchase.
What impressed us most was the post-sale support. Once the paperwork was signed, Chuck was still picking up the phone, offering referrals, and helping us work through the early stages of liveaboard life. That kind of follow-through is rare.
If you are looking for a multihull and want someone who knows the boats and actually cares about the outcome, Chuck is the person to call.
We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent. We worked with Conor, whom we met at the 2025 Cannes Boat Show. We started our search for a cruising catamaran in Florida at the beginning of the year. We spent a couple of months looking at different boats/models within our price range and quickly narrowed it down to what really mattered to us, in part thanks to the wealth of knowledge and expertise our broker provided. When we found a perfect match in Montenegro, Conor and The Multihull Company did not hesitate to continue supporting us and to lead the efforts from start to finish with great care and transparency. Communication and support have been outstanding throughout this entire process. Conor, in particular, showed great compassion and care, going above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned and that we would be able to safely and happily sail off into our big adventure.
Successful relationships cannot exist without it. At The Multihull Company we base every relationship on a firm commitment to earning and retaining our client’s trust.

We are a team of skilled professionals who thrive on providing expert, trustworthy advice and service to catamaran and trimaran sailors around the globe.
