There are plenty of Leopard 45's out there, but finding one that has never seen a day of charter, is U.S. Duty Paid, has been properly maintained and upgraded since new, and is already set up for extended cruising is a much smaller pool. FRENCH KISSING LIFE checks those boxes.
Built in 2022, FRENCH KISSING LIFE is the desirable 3-cabin Owner’s Version and has spent her life privately cruising. She has covered some real ground, from the Windward Islands through the Caribbean and The Bahamas to Maine. Along the way, her owners have figured out what works, what doesn’t (and fixed it), and what makes life aboard easier and more comfortable.
For a cruising couple, one of her biggest advantages is power autonomy. A large solar array feeds an expanded lithium battery bank, providing substantial power away from the dock, while Starlink keeps the boat connected along the way.
Just as importantly, much of the work that normally comes after buying a cruising boat has already been done. FRENCH KISSING LIFE has been continually maintained and upgraded as she has sailed, while engine and generator hours remain low. Instead of starting with a list of projects and upgrades, her next owners can start with a list of destinations.
FRENCH KISSING LIFE was even selected by Leopard for display at the 2022 Miami International Boat Show, but in many ways she is a better boat today than she was sitting on display in Miami. Nearly four years of thoughtful upgrades and real-world cruising experience have made her more capable, comfortable, and ready for what comes next.
