Ojigwan Yachts specializes in yacht building featuring custom composite construction and fabrication. We do vacuum infusion, wet lamination under vacuum and typical resin/fiberglass layup. We use carbon fiber and fiberglass construction and primarily use Epoxy resin. We have the facility to perform new construction, high performance upgrades, paint and building of custom parts. Our team has extensive sail and power boating experience and we have a USCG Captain on staff. Etincelle 60 COOL CAT was built by the Tecna yard in Brazil, best known for the Dolphin catamarans. She is hull #3 of a series of 6 sister-ships and was launched in 2000.

Tecna is a household name at The Multihull Company as it is the builder of the better known Dolphin 430 and Dolphin 460s. Our company sold a few dozen of the new Dolphin 430s/460s and we continue to sell them second-hand all over the world. They are known for quality of craftsmanship and outstanding sailing performance.

A carbon-epoxy construction, COOL CAT is designed and built for reliable, blue-water performance. The centerpiece of the yacht is a rotating, carbon wing mast with all textile standing rigging (standing rigging replaced in 2016), and carbon fiber Park Avenue boom. The mast was cured in an oven. The boat is equipped with recent Calvert performance sails: carbon-composite mainsail, carbon-composite, self-taking jib, a 2022 gennaker and two spinnakers.

Moving forward along the wide decks you note the carbon composite dagger-boards outboard. And ahead, the long, narrow bows and the long trampoline take your breath away. The distinguishing feature of this cat is the limited footprint of the bridge-deck in relation to the waterline length. This design is all about keeping weight down just under 20,000 pounds or 10 tons and centered. This cats very long legs and minimal deck volume give it a sea-kindly motion especially in choppy or rough seas that in turn allow high average speeds – where other boats hobby horse. The bridge deck clearance is a rare 95 centimeters (over 3 feet).

The Leopard 38 is the newest addition to the Leopard Catamaran lineup of exceptional cruising catamarans, focused on performance, comfort, and an abundance of outdoor space.

The Voyage 440 model won CRUISING WORLD Boat of the Year in 2002 and Best Cruising Multihull in 2002, the first multihull ever to win the overall sailboat of the year award! he judges fairly gushed over the unmatched blend of performance, quality of construction, and attention to details necessary to qualify her as a true bluewater cruising cat.

Though Voyage Yachts was anticipating this coup would boost the sales of their 4 cabin versions for their namesake charter fleet, instead they found the factory book full of orders for owners versions. The 2001-2004 era Voyage 440 Owner s versions set a standard that few other production catamarans have subsequently achieved. They are so well regarded that most have known only one or two owners since new.

We had a great purchasing experience with The Multihull Company. Got us into the boat we really wanted, our broker Josie was amazing, she walked us through the entire process, negotiated the deal we wanted and gave us great advice throughout. If you are looking to purchase a boat we can’t recommend them enough.

— Roger Matros

It’s been a few weeks now and the dust has settled. We had a great experience with the Multihull Company and in particular our broker, Caroline Laviolette. Caroline was happy to share her knowledge of the market and the catamarans we were interested in purchasing. She was patient and thorough as we looked at several boats in SE Florida, helped us narrow our search and eventually purchase a beautiful 2017 Lagoon 42. Many thanks to the team at The Multihull Company!

— Carl Anderson

We had a great experience purchasing our boat with Will Miller as a buyers agent. Purchasing our first large Cat is a daunting experience and Will was able to walk us through the process with ease. Will was very straight forward and constantly gave us honest feedback as well as finding and pointing out details on all the boats that we may not have noticed or thought about.

We had a great experience and would use them again.

I would specifically recommend a buyers agent when purchasing to help weed through a lot of problems and misrepresented boats on the market.

— Anthony Nappa

We have had great experiences with the Multihull company. We both sold our old boat through them, and bought our new boat through them. I have to say that Will Miller is top-notch, and Riley was great as our broker for selling our O day 39. when you buy a Salt or Boat through them, I feel like you are not only clients, but you are friends. The lines of communication were always open and we were always informed of everything going on.
