2021 ROBERTSON AND CAINE LEOPARD 40 3 Cabin - Morning Star
BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, a product of South African boat builders Robertson & Caine, features a unique, modern design thanks to experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd as well as Robertson & Caine's design team. She resembles her predecessors in speed, agility, and blue-water performance, but her enhancements include an increased hull volume and an innovative interior layout, which is unlike any Leopard before her. Her galley is located forward and the forward-facing settee and window and an access door to the forward platform of the boat. This allows for a panoramic view with large sliding glass doors between the saloon and the aft cockpit. This arrangement promotes easy communication for guests and an open flow between the saloon and the aft cockpit, creating a fusion of indoor and outdoor living space.
BROKERS REMARKS: MORNING STAR represents a rare opportunity to acquire one of the youngest models in the esteemed 40 series, and notably, one of the final examples available with no hurricane history due to her location and age. This vessel features the sought-after 3-cabin, 2-head configuration, which is perfect for a couple or family seeking an owners layout vs the "I'm a charter boat" 4 cabin version. Finished with a refined light Ash interior, she is equipped with air conditioning, a reliable generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a convenient walk-through forward door. The owner had new sails fitted in July. Port engine panel recently replaced with new starboard panel on order. MORNING STAR just finished a FULL refit and is 100% ready to go. It is now primed for her next discerning owner, and can be inspected and sailed away immediately. A survey is available, and this was used for the refit. Photos of the complete yacht and a video is also available. Yacht also comes with a 12’ AB dinghy and a 9.8 Tohatsu. Seller is also adding an $8000 water maker. A mechanic has just gone through the Yanmars rebuilding the raw water pumps, installing new belts and verifying all pulleys are good. Sails are new, bottom paint is fresh. Morning Star is in top notch shape. Check out the newly added videos showing the yacht post-refit.
They have just installed 1000 watts of solar and a new anchor windlass. In the next month she will get hauled and the sail drive diaphragms replaced. Also, some heat exchanger seals will be replaced.
AVAILABILITY: This yacht has finished it's Belize refit, and is in Guatemala ready to sail away!!

I recently sold my Lagoon 450 with the Multihull Team. I would highly recommend their services. The professionalism and personal treatment I received was greatly appreciated.
Great Service, Great People
Helped me through the process.
I would go through them again in a future purchase.
The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!
Chuck at The Multihull Company is the real deal.
He helped us find our Lagoon 40 after genuinely listening to what we needed, not just what he had to sell. He let us visit the boat multiple times, answered every question honestly, and helped us make a confident decision on a major purchase.
What impressed us most was the post-sale support. Once the paperwork was signed, Chuck was still picking up the phone, offering referrals, and helping us work through the early stages of liveaboard life. That kind of follow-through is rare.
If you are looking for a multihull and want someone who knows the boats and actually cares about the outcome, Chuck is the person to call.
We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent. We worked with Conor, whom we met at the 2025 Cannes Boat Show. We started our search for a cruising catamaran in Florida at the beginning of the year. We spent a couple of months looking at different boats/models within our price range and quickly narrowed it down to what really mattered to us, in part thanks to the wealth of knowledge and expertise our broker provided. When we found a perfect match in Montenegro, Conor and The Multihull Company did not hesitate to continue supporting us and to lead the efforts from start to finish with great care and transparency. Communication and support have been outstanding throughout this entire process. Conor, in particular, showed great compassion and care, going above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned and that we would be able to safely and happily sail off into our big adventure.
