About

Lagoon 420 Owners Version – Exceptionally Equipped Cruising Catamaran

The Lagoon 420 Owners Version is a highly capable and comfortable cruising catamaran, offering an excellent combination of space, autonomy and offshore cruising capability. With her generous beam, shallow draft and well-appointed three-cabin layout, she is ideally suited to extended cruising and life on board.

This example is powered by twin Yanmar 3JH5E 40hp diesel engines with approximately 380 hours, complemented by Yanmar SD50 sail drives. Both engines and sail drives have benefited from extensive servicing and overhaul, including replacement of the sail drive bellows and propellers.

Particularly well equipped for long-distance cruising, the yacht features a comprehensive Raymarine navigation package including GPS/plotter, radar, autopilot, wind, depth and speed instruments, DSC VHF and AIS. A Furuno Navtex and PC connection further enhance her offshore navigation capabilities.

Her energy systems are designed to provide a high degree of autonomy, combining a 17kW diesel generator, inverter/chargers, AGM service batteries and six solar panels with an OutBack Power System solar management installation.

Comfort on board is equally impressive. The yacht benefits from air conditioning throughout the accommodation, a 140 L/hour automatic watermaker, pressurised hot and cold water, three heads, washing machine, induction cooking, multiple refrigerators and a dedicated freezer. The spacious owner's stateroom and two guest cabins provide comfortable accommodation for extended stays on board.

For sailing and deck handling, she is equipped with multiple electric Harken self-tailing winches, electric windlass and capstan, stainless-steel davits with electric winch, and a furling gennaker. A rigidly equipped RIB with Yamaha 15hp outboard is also included, together with a second outboard.

Safety equipment includes an 8-person liferaft, sea anchor, drogue, radar reflector, fire extinguishers and smoke detection systems, making her particularly well suited to offshore cruising.

With a shallow 1.26m draft, twin keels, two spade rudders and wheel steering, this Lagoon 420 offers excellent versatility for cruising in a wide range of destinations.

A very well-equipped Owners Version with exceptionally low engine hours, substantial energy autonomy and a comprehensive range of cruising equipment, ready to offer her next owner a comfortable and independent cruising experience.

The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!

Chuck at The Multihull Company is the real deal.
He helped us find our Lagoon 40 after genuinely listening to what we needed, not just what he had to sell. He let us visit the boat multiple times, answered every question honestly, and helped us make a confident decision on a major purchase.
What impressed us most was the post-sale support. Once the paperwork was signed, Chuck was still picking up the phone, offering referrals, and helping us work through the early stages of liveaboard life. That kind of follow-through is rare.
If you are looking for a multihull and want someone who knows the boats and actually cares about the outcome, Chuck is the person to call.

We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent. We worked with Conor, whom we met at the 2025 Cannes Boat Show. We started our search for a cruising catamaran in Florida at the beginning of the year. We spent a couple of months looking at different boats/models within our price range and quickly narrowed it down to what really mattered to us, in part thanks to the wealth of knowledge and expertise our broker provided. When we found a perfect match in Montenegro, Conor and The Multihull Company did not hesitate to continue supporting us and to lead the efforts from start to finish with great care and transparency. Communication and support have been outstanding throughout this entire process. Conor, in particular, showed great compassion and care, going above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned and that we would be able to safely and happily sail off into our big adventure.
