2018 Lagoon 400 S2  SEA PEARL

Bluewater Ready | French Polynesia to New Caledonia | Offshore Equipped | VAT Paid in the French West Indies

SEA PEARL is an exceptionally well-prepared Lagoon 400 S2 that has been thoughtfully upgraded and equipped for serious offshore cruising while providing all the comforts of a liveaboard home. Currently located in French Polynesia, she presents a rare opportunity to purchase a proven cruising catamaran already set up for extended adventures.

She will depart French Polynesia in mid-August 2026and will arrive in Fiji by the end of September where she will be conveniently located and available for inspections, sea trials and handover.

Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, SEA PEARL features the sought-after 4-cabin, 4-bathroom layout, making her ideal for family cruising, charter or hosting guests. Two bathrooms are fitted with electric showers, while the spacious saloon and fully equipped galley create an inviting living space for extended time aboard.

One of SEA PEARL's standout features is her impressive energy independence. With 2,500 watts of solar, a 900Ah lithium battery bank (2024), 2,500W inverter and 2.2kW Honda generator, she is capable of remaining comfortably off-grid for extended periods. Fresh water is supplied by a Rainman 70L/hour watermaker fitted with new membranes in 2025, providing excellent self-sufficiency wherever your cruising takes you.

Navigation and communication systems have also been comprehensively upgraded. A complete B&G electronics package includes radar and two chartplotters (2023), while the onboard Starlink internet system provides reliable high-speed connectivity, making SEA PEARL equally suited to remote working as she is to bluewater cruising.

Sailing performance has been enhanced with Elvstrm mainsail and headsail (2023), while an electric mainsail winch simplifies sail handling. The protected semi-flybridge helm offers excellent visibility, outstanding comfort and easy access to all sail controls.

Ground tackle has been upgraded with a 25kg Rocna anchor and 70 metres of chain, providing confidence when anchoring in remote bays and tropical lagoons. Exploring ashore is made easy with the 2.7m 3D Hypalon tender and Yamaha 15hp outboard.

The interior has been optimised for long-term cruising with numerous custom storage solutions throughout. The galley is exceptionally well equipped with a 130L refrigerator, 100L freezer, additional 100L Dometic freezer, three-burner gas stove and induction cook top, while electric toilets with holding tanks add further onboard convenience.

Power comes from upgraded twin 45hp diesel engines turning three-blade propellers. Both engines have been regularly maintained and provide dependable performance under power.

Adding further peace of mind, SEA PEARL received fresh antifouling in May 2026 in Raiatea and is presented in excellent cruising condition.

We take pride in our happy customers

I recently sold my Lagoon 450 with the Multihull Team. I would highly recommend their services. The professionalism and personal treatment I received was greatly appreciated.

Great Service, Great People
Helped me through the process.
I would go through them again in a future purchase.

— David Anderson

The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!

— Jeffrey Bredeson

Chuck at The Multihull Company is the real deal.
He helped us find our Lagoon 40 after genuinely listening to what we needed, not just what he had to sell. He let us visit the boat multiple times, answered every question honestly, and helped us make a confident decision on a major purchase.
What impressed us most was the post-sale support. Once the paperwork was signed, Chuck was still picking up the phone, offering referrals, and helping us work through the early stages of liveaboard life. That kind of follow-through is rare.
If you are looking for a multihull and want someone who knows the boats and actually cares about the outcome, Chuck is the person to call.

— Richard Chandler

We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent. We worked with Conor, whom we met at the 2025 Cannes Boat Show. We started our search for a cruising catamaran in Florida at the beginning of the year. We spent a couple of months looking at different boats/models within our price range and quickly narrowed it down to what really mattered to us, in part thanks to the wealth of knowledge and expertise our broker provided. When we found a perfect match in Montenegro, Conor and The Multihull Company did not hesitate to continue supporting us and to lead the efforts from start to finish with great care and transparency. Communication and support have been outstanding throughout this entire process. Conor, in particular, showed great compassion and care, going above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned and that we would be able to safely and happily sail off into our big adventure.
