About

Dragonfly 1200 “MAXANA

This is a beautiful Dragonfly 1200. She is a sailor’s dream, offering trimaran performance and stability with effortless balanced steering, and state of the art sails. She can handle rough ocean conditions [certified CE-A] yet will pamper you with quality Danish craftsmanship including a varnished teak interior with leather upholstery. Two powered winches make sail trimming and hoisting a breeze, and the coach roof configuration allows access to the mast and bow without having to use the trampoline. The full-sized aft cabin allows for privacy when guests are aboard. The Amas easily fold in which reduces the beam to 14 ft, allowing the boat to fit into a standard slip.  A unique safety feature is that the centerboard and rudder will pivot up if they hit an underwater object, preventing damage to the boat.

The boat has been extensively cruised and upgraded by the knowledgeable current owners and is ready for new adventures. If you are looking for a yacht that combines high performance sailing with comfortable cruising, look no further.
