The Kemah Texas office is lead by Senior Broker, Chris Block, who has extensive knowledge of the multihull market and can help you find the perfect vessel to suit your lifestyle and budget. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell, we’re here to guide you through every step of the process.
Chris grew up in the New York City, but was drawn south via the University of Texas at Austin (BA Economics, MBA). He has had careers in Financial Services, Oil and Gas Construction and Supply Chain Management. Having developed a passion for sailing via the Austin Yacht Club, Chris has honed his skills racing JBoats, (80, 105, 109), Beneteaus, and even a Catalina.
Chris now owns a Lagoon 450F where he has owned and operated a training, charter and brokerage facility in the Kemah Boardwalk Marina for the last decade.
