2022 Nautitech 44 Open "Soben" is an exceptional example of this contemporary cruising catamaran. She features the 3-cabin Owner's Version layout with two heads and ample storage space. She is comprehensively equipped for liveaboard cruising and has been meticulously maintained by the original owner. She was launched in November 2022 and is literally in "better than new" condition - ready to set off on her next cruising adventure. The current owner is unfortunately compelled to sell due to health issues that prevent them from sailing offshore.
The Nautitech 44 Open is the natural evolution of the Nautitech line, a new advanced design that features a revolutionary interior layout, rigging upgrades for enhanced performance, and a sharp look. Their unique layout with deck, cockpit, and salon all on one level results in a very comfortable living space which incorporates numerous smart design features to give it the feel of a much larger catamaran. Its lightweight construction and streamline design ensure an extremely maneuverable and sporty sailing experience. The two outboard helm stations provided exceptional visibility and add further to the thrill of sailing this fantastic catamaran.

It’s been a few weeks now and the dust has settled. We had a great experience with the Multihull Company and in particular our broker, Caroline Laviolette.
