About
Pride of ownership is apparent throughout this beautiful Grand Banks Classic motor yacht. She is poised on Puget Sound at the foot of the Inside Passage and ready for exploration. This yacht has been boathouse kept and shows beautifully. Her steady fiberglass hull is propelled by a pair of 210 hp Cummins inboard diesels with just over 3000 hours. Her below deck mechanical space is clean and her standard of systems installation and maintenance is apparent to the eye (she also has complete onboard records and logs). Expansive decks and wide walk-arounds make for easy crew movement fore and aft as well as for easy docking and boarding. Warm parquet soles and Burmese teak interior woodworking create an extremely comfortable and spacious interior for a cruising couple and their guests. She has an aft cabin walk-around full-sized master cabin with plenty of cabinetry, light, and direct deck access. The master has separate head and shower compartments too. The forward guest cabin has a large v-berth and its own head compartment with shower. Owner's and guests alike will enjoy panoramic views and complete comfort in the salon just a few level steps from the galley. The entire interior is kept cozy for year-'round cruising with an Espar diesel heater. Underway. the skipper can choose the interior helm or helm from the flybridge in fine weather. Her flybridge deck is expansive and can be sheltered by a retractable canvas bimini should a passing shower or sunshine require. The center-console RIB dinghy can be stowed on the swimstep via Weaver davits for short crossings or hoisted to the aft deck chocks for long passages. This is a very nice Grand Banks 42. Her Day Island Yacht Harbor boathouse (near the Tacoma Narrows) is available separately at an attractive price should you require moorage. Let the adventure begin. Contact Matthew today!
We had a great purchasing experience with The Multihull Company. Got us into the boat we really wanted, our broker Josie was amazing, she walked us through the entire process, negotiated the deal we wanted and gave us great advice throughout. If you are looking to purchase a boat we can’t recommend them enough.
It’s been a few weeks now and the dust has settled. We had a great experience with the Multihull Company and in particular our broker, Caroline Laviolette. Caroline was happy to share her knowledge of the market and the catamarans we were interested in purchasing. She was patient and thorough as we looked at several boats in SE Florida, helped us narrow our search and eventually purchase a beautiful 2017 Lagoon 42. Many thanks to the team at The Multihull Company!
We had a great experience purchasing our boat with Will Miller as a buyers agent. Purchasing our first large Cat is a daunting experience and Will was able to walk us through the process with ease. Will was very straight forward and constantly gave us honest feedback as well as finding and pointing out details on all the boats that we may not have noticed or thought about.
We had a great experience and would use them again.
I would specifically recommend a buyers agent when purchasing to help weed through a lot of problems and misrepresented boats on the market.
We have had great experiences with the Multihull company. We both sold our old boat through them, and bought our new boat through them. I have to say that Will Miller is top-notch, and Riley was great as our broker for selling our O day 39. when you buy a Salt or Boat through them, I feel like you are not only clients, but you are friends. The lines of communication were always open and we were always informed of everything going on.
