Gone Away was recently purchased from herOriginal Owners, who had lovingly cared for her since new! They had exclusively sailed her in the Chesapeake Bay, hauled her each winter, and have detailed maintenance records dating back to 2004!
Its no surprise to the success Performance Catamarans had with their Gemini 105MC cruiser with many hundreds of units built to date. Incredibly fun to sail, the 105MC performs much better to windward than most catamarans due to the retractable centerboards that extend from 5'6" to just 18". Performance aside, the interior volume rivals that of a 45' monohull but with the added stability of a catamaran with panoramic views and a very smart 3 cabin / 1 head layout. With a beam of just 14', she can fit in any standard slip, and can even be trucked across country or to lakes, and hauled in a standard travel lift.

Surveyed Recently - Wet/Dry/Sea Trial (December 2021)
All findings deemed "requiringimmediate attention" have been addressed.
