Two of the most noteworthy features of this 2015 48' Aquila power catamaran are the dual helm stations and the upgraded Volvo engines. The larger motors give this design the extra power needed to plane out while operating at a conservative fuel burn rate. Very few owner's opt for this premium upgrade. We have found the additional power to be absolutely necessary for anyone planning longer passages.The lower helm position makes inclement weather much more tolerable, while the convenience and option to navigate from the flybridge is preferred on sunny days. We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent.
