2019 Leopard 50 - The Devonair
BUILDERS REMARKS: With versatility in mind, we bring to you the next generation of Leopard Catamarans, the Leopard 50. She has been designed to replace one of the best-selling Leopard Catamarans of all time, the award-winning Leopard 48.
The Leopard 50 has the ideal layout for anyone looking for more outdoor living space as she comes equipped with a flybridge that includes a lounge area, table, sunbed and optional exterior speakers and shade awning. Access is provided by floating stairs leading up from the aft cockpit. An important distinction compared to similar sailboat flybridge configurations is that while under sail, passengers can move about the flybridge with ample headroom and never worry about interference from the boom. The flybridge is also situated to still maintain contact with the helm station, an important feature found on all Leopard Catamarans.
BROKERS REMARKS: The Devonair is a 2019 Leopard 50 in the 4-cabin owners layout, located in Road Town, British Virgin Islands. Asking price is USD 635,000. Twin Yanmar 4JH80 engines (57 hp each), Northern Lights / 9 kW generator (confirm make/hours), air conditioning, electric davits, forward cockpit, and lighter ash interior. Flybridge lounge with table and sunbed plus the 50’s open salon-to-cockpit living. Recently completed a BVI refit and finished phase-out.

I highly recommend Andrew Hodgdon. He served as our buyers broker. He is responsive, highly knowledgeable and very experienced. He is also an excellent guide and counselor before, during and after the boat purchase process. If you are looking for a good-sailing cat, he seems to collect most of the available boats on the better-sailing side of the market. Top marks.
Andrew did an excellent job getting me started on my new adventures. Worked with my conflicting schedule. Is very knowledgeable in the catamaran industry. 😎
I recently sold my Lagoon 450 with the Multihull Team. I would highly recommend their services. The professionalism and personal treatment I received was greatly appreciated.
Great Service, Great People
Helped me through the process.
I would go through them again in a future purchase.
The Multihull Company made the process of buying our boat easy and predictable. Both our agent (Francisco Montaner) and Andrew Holland communicated well and educated/informed us of each step in the process. I highly recommend The Multihull Company for those shopping for a catamaran!

A TMC buyer's broker will send line-by-line costs, what to check at survey, and how this boat compares with others that fit your plan.
Estimate by TMC based on the listing's published equipment, typical costs for this size of boat, and yard rates in the selected region. Not a survey or the listing broker's representation. Verify all equipment and condition through a professional survey. Delivery, freight and financing figures are estimates; your broker confirms them.
