So much time, energy and money was spent upgrading, replacing and adding to this boatTi that was meant to be a forever home. Situation change and life happens.
All the work has been done and she is ready for the next owners.
Here are just some of the highlights of what has been done:
This boat just does not compare to any other boat on the market in it's class with the extensive amount of work that has been done. Compare apples to apples by adding up all the upgrades and add on"s. You will not have to live in the yard while work is being done or parts are being ordered. You can spend your time sailing instead. Isn't that what you really want to do?
I can’t say the process was stress free, but there was ample communication throughout the process. We made it happen. The broker was super and even helped us after the sale was completed to ensure that we got underway safely.
I wanted to acknowledge how wonderful it was to work with Josie Tucci. Having her represent us as a buyer’s broker was such a breath of fresh air. She was extremely ethical every step of the way and her knowledge was expansive. She didn’t just want to get the sale/commission, she wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were taking on and supported us in getting full transparency from the seller. I cannot recommend her enough!
