"Ohana Nui" is a great example of the very popular Lagoon 410-S2 model. The Lagoon 410-S2 combines aesthetics and functionality into a wonderful cruising catamaran for a couple or family. Ohana Nui is fully optioned for comfortable full-time liveaboard with many upgrades to make her self sufficient. This design is optimized to be manageable for short-handed sailing.
DISCLOSURE
Unfortunately during a recent inspection of Ohana Nui, it was discovered that the boat may suffer from possible moisture intrusion.Most notably - the bridge deck under the salon floor, small places on deck, small areas in the bilge, areas of deteriorated gelcoat, and an area of possible delamination on the port bow.It is also worth noting that the standing rigging is original.These deficiencies have not impacted the current owners ability to liveaboard and sail the boat in any way. It has been in the Bahamas for 6 months of the year for the last 5 seasons without issue. It should also be noted these possible issues have not been confirmed by a licensed surveyor. Ohana Nui is well equipped and was functionally in great shape before being put in yard storage in the Summer of 2024.
With that in mind, we have dramatically reduced the asking price for the vessel.The owner is now willing to sell it at a heavy discount in an as is, where is deal.The boat is currently hauled out and available for thorough out-of-water inspections, but it will remain in yard storage until sold.

Zee met me in Novigrad and spent 3 hours taking photos and drone footage and throughout the listing period was communicating continuously and advising me about any offers that came through. His service was at a high standard that I was extremely happy with and felt comfortable at all times especially since I’m in Sydney and my boat is in Montenegro. I can’t recommend Zee highly enough to anyone looking to sell their boat with peace of mind.
