The vessel was intended to serve as a floating support platform for the project — essentially a showcase yacht during the construction phase.
Over $400,000 was invested in refit work, including mechanical overhauls, cosmetic upgrades, and general improvements.
Since the development plans changed, the catamaran was never actually used by the owners.
