About

Introducing the exquisite McConaghy 60 (MC60) NOBLE HOUSE, a stunning 60-foot catamaran crafted for performance and bespoke comfort.

This exceptional cat was built by the world renown McConaghy yard and launched in 2020. It is built in carbon/e-glass, epoxy foam sandwich to achieve minimum weight and maximum stiffness. It sports a Marstrom carbon mast and boom, textile standing rigging and carbon centerboards. A full set of North 3Di sails complete a superb, high-performance sailing package. NOBLE HOUSE is able to sail at windspeed or better in most conditions. This is effortless sailing managed by two crew. Perhaps the ultimate luxury on a yacht of superlatives.

The MC60's outstanding sailing pedigree is rivaled only by its highly innovative interior design. The depth and breadth of the salon and galley are unique in this size range. Huge, lateral windows that open electrically provide abundant natural ventilation. The finishes are understated and contemporary. Admire the quality of joinery and handcrafted cabinets: white corian countertops, satin varnish finish of the woodwork and leather in the salon.

Accommodations include three spacious cabins and three heads, providing ample room for relaxation and privacy. The owner hull to starboard with en-suite shower, bidet and bathtub! Two guest cabins with en-suite are to port.

The yacht is loaded with comfort amenities - 70K BTU of air conditioning, 4 drawer freezers, drinks/wine refrigerator and ice maker.

Powered by dual Yanmar 4JH80 inboard engines, each delivering 80 hp to Gori folding props, the MC60 promises reliable and efficient cruising when the breeze is absent. With 800 hours of use, these engines are well-maintained and ready for new adventures.

This yacht has had one owner-couple since new. They typically "two-hand" the cat on trips to the Bahamas and Keys and have used her lightly. The yacht is beautifully maintained and ready for new adventures.

NOBLE HOUSE combines elegance with performance, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a superior sailing experience. Embrace the open waters with this remarkable catamaran.

We take pride in our happy customers

We had an outstanding experience working with Andrew Hodgdon. From the very beginning, he demonstrated deep knowledge of the catamaran we were considering and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He found us the perfect vessel that matched our needs and budget and negotiated a fantastic deal on our behalf.

What truly set him apart was he responsiveness—every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and he guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated yacht broker.
