2022 Lagoon 50

Pula, HR

About

The Lagoon 50 marks a real coup of the world market leader for cruising catamarans: The innovative concept by VPLP Yacht Design, the friendly, bright interior by Nauta Yachts, and the yard’s decades of experience made the new model a major success when it was introduced in 2018. The model not only received several international awards but quickly became a bestseller. The mast positioned far aft allows for a large self-tacking jib, and the shorter boom simplifies handling of the mainsail, making the catamaran easy to maneuver. The fully covered cockpit, the exceptionally spacious flybridge, and the comfortable seating area in front of the deckhouse create separate islands for a large number of passengers. By offering varios layouts the Lagoon 50’s spacious, comfortable interior could be adapted to the individual owner’s programme. Many yachts went into charter management. The simplified access to the aft platforms via low steps makes the catamaran the perfect swimming island at anchor in a bay. The friendly, light-flooded deckhouse with unobstructed 360° panoramic views and the large volume of the two hulls provide ample comfort and living space below decks.

This is a young Lagoon 50 from charter service for sale. She was only chartered with a skipper. The interior is finished in Alpi walnut with six cabins, featuring a customised layout with four generously sized heads. This Lagoon 50 is powered by upgraded YANMAR 80 hp engines and fitted with a powerful ONAN 11 kVA generator, along with air conditioning for saloon and cabins. The is shaded by the optional fixed GRP bimini. Located in the Northern Adriatic, the yacht is available for viewings by appointment. She is owned by a Croatian charter company and the asking price is quoted excluding VAT.

A sale well handled. No inflated expectations and an honest opinion throughout. Highly recommended.

Absolutely THE ONLY company to use for buying or selling a catamaran! Our Broker Andrew Hodgdon, was excellent to work with, an experienced catamaran captain with extensive knowledge of sailing catamarans, the ins and outs of the construction, performance, systems, everything involved and life on board catamarans. All of which is invaluable in looking for the right boat for someone to buy or helping market your boat when selling. The Multihull Company is so connected in the catamaran world and used by so many catamaran sailors and searchers that we had an interested buyer before our boat was even listed and a completed sale 60 days after her first showing!!! Thanks Andrew and all of the Multihull team who worked diligently to make it happen so smoothly!

— Linda W.

We had a great experience working with Andrew! He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs of what we wanted our next boat to be. He responded quickly to all of our requests and got us to the finish line. Working with Multihull was seamless and we highly recommend using Andrew and Multihull.

Chris Block was our broker. He was great. He went above and beyond what we thought we needed. His expertise helped us get our dream boat for way less than expected. I will use TMC and Chris Block in the future. Definitely recommend.

— Austin Smith

Chris Rundlett in Grenada was my buyers broker for a catamaran I purchased in Tortola.
The buying process was problematic with numerous mechanical issues needing attention. Throughout the process he was fantastic. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy a boat in the Caribbean.
