Welcome aboard GILLI GIRL, a privately owned, never chartered 2022 Knysna 500SE 3 cabin Owners Version, and easily one of the most elegant and well maintained 50 foot cruising catamarans to hit the market in years.
Originally delivered from the shipyard in South Africa, GILLI GIRL sailed across the Atlantic on her own bottom, cruising through the Caribbean and along the U.S. East Coast up to New York. Since then, she has seasonally sailed between the U.S. Northeast and The Florida Keys, stopping at various destinations in between, and logging thousands of miles along the way. Yet when you step aboard GILLI GIRL, a catamaran showcased at both the 2023 and 2024 Annapolis Sailboat Shows, she presents with a level of care and finish that feels remarkably like a brand new boat; a direct reflection of the owner’s disciplined maintenance and attention to detail since the day she was delivered.
While her sailing resume and Knysna Yacht Company's pedigree clearly establish her bluewater credibility, her systems and equipment reinforce it.
