The Lavezzi 40 is one of the best sailing cats in its class and among the best that Fountaine Pajot has ever created. The boat is currently being sailed in Pacific Mexico by her third owners. She has never been in charter, has never been in any named storm and has been hauled out every year since she was launched.The boat has been meticulously cared for and upgraded throughout the years. All major systems are operational, equipped for off grid living and long distance cruising. She is in Turn Key Condition.

We just purchased a 2025 Nautitech 44 Open with The Multihull Company. The process of getting here has been great, and we could not have asked for a better agent.
