About

This Lagoon 440 has never been chartered and has spent the majority of its life sailing about the Caribbean and East Coast on adventures near and far. She has had numerous recent upgrades and is truly a turn-key vessel ready to cruise from day one. The current owners are still living aboard and finishing up their cruising plans in the Bahamas. If you are looking for a great platform to start the cruising season off with ease, then SailiFi is the vessel for you! SailiFiis available for showing and for sale in the Bahamas.

SailiFiis a 3-cabin owner's version with the signature flybridge helm and refreshed exterior upholstery. It has a packed sail locker with a main and headsail new as of '24 along with a Code Zero and Parasailor for longer passages.

The vessel has an impressive 1200w solar arch and 1200ah lithium house bank combination with Victron charging and monitoring for extended cruising off grid. This vessel is set up for low-stress cruising with relatively low engine hours (2200), a Raymarine navigation suite new as of '22, and interior/exterior helm controls.

The cockpit and salon have two full size and one coffee table, which are interchangeable for optimal entertaining space. Additionally, it features a well-sized 12' AB ('22) for exploring.

The owners are ready to pass SailiFion to the next adventurers so reach out for a video walkthrough or in-person showing of the vessel! The owners of the vessel also know the value in having a proper handover of the vessel and are willing to do an in-depth handover and/or help with delivery to the next location.

Absolutely THE ONLY company to use for buying or selling a catamaran! Our Broker Andrew Hodgdon, was excellent to work with, an experienced catamaran captain with extensive knowledge of sailing catamarans, the ins and outs of the construction, performance, systems, everything involved and life on board catamarans. All of which is invaluable in looking for the right boat for someone to buy or helping market your boat when selling. The Multihull Company is so connected in the catamaran world and used by so many catamaran sailors and searchers that we had an interested buyer before our boat was even listed and a completed sale 60 days after her first showing!!! Thanks Andrew and all of the Multihull team who worked diligently to make it happen so smoothly!

Chris Block was our broker. He was great. He went above and beyond what we thought we needed. His expertise helped us get our dream boat for way less than expected. I will use TMC and Chris Block in the future. Definitely recommend.

Chris Rundlett in Grenada was my buyers broker for a catamaran I purchased in Tortola.
The buying process was problematic with numerous mechanical issues needing attention. Throughout the process he was fantastic. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy a boat in the Caribbean.
