The 1997 35 Island Packet Cat is a versatile catamaran designed for adventure and comfort. Its spacious deck layout and well-appointed interior offer ample room for relaxation. The signature DeltaPod under the midsection/foredeck decreases discomfort from wave impacts, provides a great deal of storage not found on other cats of this size, and lowers the main cabin to provide more headroom. These simple changes add up in major ways to increase comfort while cruising or entertaining.
Complete with full electronics including autopilot, chart plotter, radar, AWI, depth and speed. This is a long time knowledgeable-owner yacht, maintained in yacht condition with equipment for offshore cruising and island hopping with autonomy and security. Additionally, it's great for a weekend cottage at the docks, out exploring lakes, or taking on the great loop. I chose Zee (Zvonimir Kalinic) after posting an ad for a broker on Yacht Sales from about 15 other brokers because he showed professionalism and care right away compared to the others. Most of the brokers never intended to show people my boat but yet somehow expected to collect commission. Zee met me in Novigrad and spent 3 hours taking photos and drone footage and throughout the listing period was communicating continuously and advising me about any offers that came through. His service was at a high standard that I was extremely happy with and felt comfortable at all times especially since I’m in Sydney and my boat is in Montenegro. I can’t recommend Zee highly enough to anyone looking to sell their boat with peace of mind.
