About

Do not miss this single owner 1986 Henri Wauquiez built Ted Hood designed MK-II. This was the show boat at the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show in November 1985! She is comfortable and capable. Equipped with a 50 hp Perkins 4.108 with 864 hours, she cruises easily making 7 knots at 2200 rpms. Not that you will need to motor when she can sail. She comes with a battened main sail with three reefing points, a furling 120% genoa, a furling 105% genoa, a 150% drifter/reacher and a storm jib. This boat is equipped with an autopilot, speed log, depth finder and VHF. She has three group 31 deep cycle lead acid house batteries and a Charles Marine 30 amp charger. Anna May is outfitted with new cockpit cushions, a dodger, a bimini top, a full sun awning to cover the front and a full sun awning to cover the cockpit while at anchor. The standing rigging was replaced in 2007. When anchoring she sports a Lofrans manual windlass paired with a 45 lb CQR anchor with 100' of chain and 100' of rode. Below deck you will notice beautiful wood work and a spacious galley with dual sink, freezer, refrigerator, and a 2 burner ENO stove/oven. The salon is spacious with a table that can be up to host a large dinner party or folded down for plenty of walking room. There is a V-berth with an ensuite head. There is an aft cabin that originally came with a head. The head is currently removed and converted for storage. Note: This hull design was also offered as the Little Harbor 38 and the Bristol 38.8.
