Vessel Details

BOW AREA:

There is large Port and Starboard seating with arm rests and storage underneath. Two removable cushions convert the bow area into a large sun pad. On the bow are two storage bins, windlass and foot controls.

The bow seating area can be separated from the helm and upper cockpit area by closing the walk through windshield and bow companion way door. The bow seating has a canvas cover.

UPPER COCKPIT and AFT COCKPIT:

In the middle of the transom between the Yamaha outboards is a sturdy fold down aluminum dive ladder that leads up to the transom and transom door.

In the aft cockpit, port side, is hull side storage; on the starboard side of the cockpit is a hull side dive gate. On the transom is a starboard transom seat that provides access to the Yamaha Reverso outboard flushing system, battery chargers and batteries. On the transom is the transom shower. For the fisherman, port side is a 35 gallon live well. The WorldCat has 6 rod holders and there are cup holders in the aft cockpit. Separating the aft cockpit from the upper cockpit is a new drop down three-piece aft curtain.

To port side in the upper cockpit are two seats with adjustable back rests that allow you to sit facing aft and watch the skiers or the anglers, and the forward seat allows it to convert into a forward facing seat. Behind the helm is a wet bar with pull out Isotherm fridge/freezer, a grill and sink, along with a few smaller pull-out storage drawers. Forward of the port side seats and helm is a small air conditioned cabin with privacy door. The cabin AC runs off the boat’s shorepower when it’s plugged in at the dock. In the cabin is a TV, a stereo, microwave and speakers. Opposite side and in front of the helm is an enclosed head, also with a solid privacy door.

The upper cockpit is covered by a stylish factory hardtop. Under the hard top above the small cabin is a drop down flat screen TV and in the hardtop are two deck hatches along with recessed lights. The upper cockpit is enclosed with new Eisenglass curtains and wrap around windshield with walk through to the bow area.

HELM and HELM SEAT:

The helm has a good electronic package that consists of a working Raymarine G series, Raymarine Quantum radar, FLIR, Auto pilot, Yamaha monitor display, 360 Joystick, Optimus EPS. You will see the Fusion display, Raymarine Autopilot and VHF, remote for the Golight.

The adjustable Captain seat has a drop down bolster and arm rests.

YAMAHA 300HP OUTBOARDS:

Both motors have 334 hours on them. The Yamahas are mounted on jack plates. At the helm is the Yamaha 360 joystick.

Your team delivered on every mark. You’ve got an amazing broker in Mark Wattrus and I’m confident you will have continued success moving forward together. He was available 24/7 whenever I had questions. We had a great initial visit on the boat and his marketing plan and photos were superb

I bought a yacht that I had never seen. I did this because I trusted my broker Andrew Holland. It was not an easy job for Andrew, as I am an experienced boat builder and owner of previous yachts, but work in West Africa. Imagine how hard it was to communicate what I was looking for. Andrew came up with exactly what I wanted. He dealt with time delays, all my questions at odd hours, and was there for the survey. He reported honestly and professionally. After buying the yacht, I arrived at the boat on a Sunday night, after dark, after travelling from West Africa to the Caribbean, and found it was better than expected. He never pulled punches and made me aware of shortfalls. I expected to spend my one month leave working on the boat, but actually spent less than one week, and was able to spend 3 weeks sailing – wonderful bonus.

Thank you Andrew for putting up with all my questions, all my worries and all my crazy out of the time zone concerns – you were totally professional, but also I know that if and when we meet up, it will be like a friend finally meeting. You are always welcome on Aseka.

Outstanding company with professional subject matter experts. If I were to buy or sell cruising sailboat, particularly a catamaran, Andrew would be my go to broker.

— JT

I have been sailing since I was a child and attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy. But when my wife and I began the process of purchasing an ocean cruising/racing catamaran, I realized that this is a world unto itself. Obviously, we needed to find someone knowledgeable to help us make an informed decision. More importantly, we needed someone honest and willing to put our interests before his or her own. I was lucky to work with Phil Berman at The Multihull Company. He repeatedly shunned the fast buck, choosing instead to work the long road to connect us with the “perfect boat”. I would be glad to recommend Phil and his company to anyone planning to purchase or sell a performance sailing machine.

— Eric Boutiette

Andrew Hodgdon was our broker when we bought our 2018 Lagoon 450F in Antigua in April 2922. He provided great service and was very attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend Andrew and the Multihull Company.
