Voyage Catamarans have a well-deserved reputation for being well-built bluewater capable catamarans.As with most catamarans built in South Africa, they have a solid construction and utilitarian design. This particular Voyage 580 is a tried and true charter vessel that has been operating in the Caribbean for many years.It has a history of being a proven money-maker as a 6-cabin boat that can accommodate up to 10 guests and 2 crew.The 580 is a spacious and comfortable platform specifically designed to keep guests happy. Each of the guest cabins has an ensuite electric head and shower.This yacht underwent a fairly recent extensive refit and is constantly updated.She got new engines in 2017 and new generators in 2019. The boat is set up with ample refrigeration including a full chest freezer, multiple 12V refrigerators, and a Dometic electric chest cooler. Electronics include a comprehensive Raymarine electronics package with a Seatel radar.The yacht boasts a 15' center console inflatable tender with a new 70hp Yamaha outboard.The dinghy is hoisted on board via Voyage's trademark boom lift and rests securely in a cradle on the stern platform. The Voyage 580 has been designed to be themost luxurious crewed charter catamaran in service, with a number of unique featuresincluding a cockpit fridge and wash basin, five en suite guest cabins, and separate crewcabins with separate head & shower / day heads. The galley up combines with the bar area,saloon, cockpit, and aft deck providing three entertainment area options, making for a unique, dynamic catamaran.
