Vessel Walkthrough and Details

You’ll feel the spaciousness of this 39 Leopard from bow to stern, entering the cockpit from the wide platforms you’ll enjoy a great entertaining /dining space protected by a continuous fiberglass hardtop.  The raised helm stations starboard is also protected by a fiberglass hardtop and provides a stable platform for access to the working rigging and weather deck.  

Entering the “up galley and saloon” area through the sturdy sliding doors flows well from the cockpit and has rich cherry wood finishes, Corian surfaces and large windows and natural light.  Owner’s stateroom and private head/shower to your starboard, and 2 guest staterooms and shared head/shower to your port.

Salon & Galley

The salon has a very open, light feel to the main area through its sturdy sliding door features an aft facing wide U-Shaped dining area – owner has converted to 2 tables and also has the original larger table too.  There are panoramic windows and large opening hatches provide ample ventilation.  

The “Galley Up” design truly lends itself to ease of entertaining and features ample cabinet and counter space.   It’s ergonomic layout with features soft curves, Corian Counter tops, Vitrifrigo 2 drawer frig/freezer, gimballed stove with oven and broiler, microwave, and great views!

Master Stateroom

You’ll love the “OWNER’S SUITE,” the starboard side is fully dedicated to the owners, featuring a privacy door, beautiful cherry finished cabinetry, plenty of storage and full-size hanging lockers, spacious master cabin to stern with double berth, bookshelf & reading lights, the private head & large stall shower is forward.   You also have “office or vanity” space with desk space and overhead lighting.

To port you’ll find 2 guest rooms that also have double berths, ample storage, adjustable reading lights, full-size hanging lockers and a share head with shower.

Broker’s Comments

The boat is scheduled for haul out the week of May 8th for bottom painting and hull waxing.  Tachometers were replaced and show less than 30 hours – the owner believes hours to be under 600 total.
