Introduction

Kaya is a 2019 model Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 that has been exclusively sailed and immaculately maintained by her original owners since new.

It has an ideal layout with a spacious cockpit and open saloon with 360 degree view. In this 3 cabin owners version the master cabin has the full hull with a private toilet and spacious walk-in shower. The two guest cabins each have their own private bathroom.

And the Lucia 40 is fun to sail! The captain’s helm is raised and all lines are run to the cockpit which means easy handling of the sails.

Kaya is well equipped for comfort, style, and convenience, with air conditioning in saloon and hulls, heating, synthetic teak, external sunshades, full enclosures for cockpit and helm, Bose surround sound system and underwater lights.

Kaya was upgraded to Lithium in Nov 2021 using Mastervolt components enabling next-level self sufficiency with 1180W of solar power & (3x 400Ah) LiFePo4 batteries and a watermaker you will be free of any need of fuel, shore power, or water.

As a sought-after US spec boat (120v 60hz) that can plug into both 230v and 120v shore power, she is ready for worldwide travel.

Her bluewater sailing features include radar, Iridium Go! satellite comms, hydrogenerator, liferaft, and parasailor spinnaker.

She is complete with AB aluminum tender and outboard motor.

Currently docked with dockage paid through spring in Cartagena, Spain, she is in the perfect location to take off now to the Canaries and Caribbean,  Cruise the Mediterranean, or head north up the Atlantic coast come spring. Begin your dream adventure today!
