This beautiful Owner's Version (Maestro) Lucia 40 is a very comfortable cruising catamaran with all the important features such as a large cockpit, lots of interior volume, safe helm station and good performance. There is a generator and air conditioning, heater, washing machine and the price includes a Highfield 340 dinghy with 15hp outboard.
Accommodation comprises a spacious saloon with galley as well as 3 double cabins and 2 heads. The entire starboard hull contains the master suite with island bed, dressing area with desk and bathroom with separate WC.
This boat has been in private use and has never been chartered.

Following Olivier Raccoupeau plans, the Lucia 40 boat by Fountaine Pajot offers elegant and contemporary lines, an optimization of volumes with generous living spaces in which to relax, a wonderful amount of light throughout the boat and a hight level of quality.
The Lucia 40 boat is a new step into the market for catamarans this size. Produced with large spaces, a 129.39 square feet cockpit, and a 32.3 square feet lounge space.

I bought a yacht that I had never seen. I did this because I trusted my broker Andrew Holland.
