TIVOLI is a spectacular owners model Catana 472. Based on the highly respected Catana 471 platform, Catana teamed up with the French design house Caligo to create the ultimate luxury cruising catamaran. TIVOLI has never been in charter service.
The beautifully styled and luxuriously finished interior leaves nothing to be desired, varnished cherry wood, soft ultra-leather upholstery, flat screen TVs, generator, watermaker, central air conditioning, hydronic diesel heating system and a washer/dryer only scratch the surface of her numerous amenities.
The owner's model configuration dedicates the entire starboard hull to the owner's suite with a large stateroom aft, dressing room, office area, expansive storage and a luxurious head with a spacious separate stall shower. The port hull features two comfortable guest staterooms with a private head and shower. The aft guest stateroom can be easily converted to either a king size berth or two single berths. Storage is abundant throughout the yacht.
This is a 472 - not a 471 - with the carbon rig, boom and bowsprit, self-tacking jib, beautiful cherry veneer interior, Corian counters, Alcantara headliners, premium leather upholstery, extended galley, and extended master suite that the 472 factory upgrade brings to the table. Kevlar standing rigging was renewed in 2017. Sails are in very good condition. Instrumentation, electronics, electrical systems, and myriad comfort, entertainment, communication, and safety items had been recently renewed.
There is plenty of entertaining space on a 472. You will really enjoy the inside-to-out living as the saloon door and window slide away to co-join the saloon with the large cockpit creating expansive indoor/outdoor space beneath the hard bimini.
When it is time to play, there is a 15 hp Yamaha outboard powering the 10' RIB. Sailing a Catana is a joy in itself. She is a true exploration vehicle and a right smart sailing cat.
This 472 in very good condition and ready for you to make her your home and office on the sea. There is nothing quite like living, working, and playing aboard a beautiful catamaran. Are you ready to seize this opportunity and make her yours?
Call today to inspect this fine cruising catamaran that is seriously for sale and ready to depart on her next adventure.

Majestic and streamlined, the Catana 472 “Caligo Design” offers plenty of sailing pleasure thanks to her ease of maneuvering, the very elaborate ergonomics of the deck plan, and her unmatched performance. The two lateral steering stations are unique – the seat can be tipped back to leave more space when the helmsman stands up at the wheel.
The electrical winches of the famous automatic reefing system are close at hand. The highly equipped galley will not isolate the cook from the convivial saloon. Double sink, refrigerator, freezer, stowage and baskets, gas oven and stove, microwave oven, and flat screen TV are included. The superb saloon table, original and ingenious, converts to a cocktail table. The main bathroom has a separate shower stall with a multiple spray column, a cabinet with a mirror, a very pretty washbasin, stowage, and excellent ventilation. The toilets are separate. The port hull, reserved for guests or children, features two double cabins and a bathroom. Each cabin is full of light and is well ventilated. If it is too hot or too cold, the air conditioning will take over. The double bed in the aft cabin can easily be converted into two separate berths.

Your team delivered on every mark. You’ve got an amazing broker in Mark Wattrus and I’m confident you will have continued success moving forward together. He was available 24/7 whenever I had questions. We had a great initial visit on the boat and his marketing plan and photos were superb
I bought a yacht that I had never seen. I did this because I trusted my broker Andrew Holland. It was not an easy job for Andrew, as I am an experienced boat builder and owner of previous yachts, but work in West Africa. Imagine how hard it was to communicate what I was looking for. Andrew came up with exactly what I wanted. He dealt with time delays, all my questions at odd hours, and was there for the survey. He reported honestly and professionally. After buying the yacht, I arrived at the boat on a Sunday night, after dark, after travelling from West Africa to the Caribbean, and found it was better than expected. He never pulled punches and made me aware of shortfalls. I expected to spend my one month leave working on the boat, but actually spent less than one week, and was able to spend 3 weeks sailing – wonderful bonus.
Thank you Andrew for putting up with all my questions, all my worries and all my crazy out of the time zone concerns – you were totally professional, but also I know that if and when we meet up, it will be like a friend finally meeting. You are always welcome on Aseka.
Outstanding company with professional subject matter experts. If I were to buy or sell cruising sailboat, particularly a catamaran, Andrew would be my go to broker.
I have been sailing since I was a child and attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy. But when my wife and I began the process of purchasing an ocean cruising/racing catamaran, I realized that this is a world unto itself. Obviously, we needed to find someone knowledgeable to help us make an informed decision. More importantly, we needed someone honest and willing to put our interests before his or her own. I was lucky to work with Phil Berman at The Multihull Company. He repeatedly shunned the fast buck, choosing instead to work the long road to connect us with the “perfect boat”. I would be glad to recommend Phil and his company to anyone planning to purchase or sell a performance sailing machine.
Andrew Hodgdon was our broker when we bought our 2018 Lagoon 450F in Antigua in April 2922. He provided great service and was very attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend Andrew and the Multihull Company.
Successful relationships cannot exist without it. At The Multihull Company we base every relationship on a firm commitment to earning and retaining our client’s trust.
Advice of any kind is valuable only when grounded in hard-won expertise. It too, must be trustworthy. Trust and expertise define the heart and soul of The Multihull Company. We are a team of skilled professionals who thrive on providing expert, trustworthy advice and service to catamaran and trimaran sailors around the globe.
