S/V Crazy Pirates is a 2004 Robertson & Caine Leopard 47 (aka Moorings 4700) that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully improved by its full time liveaboard owners over the past 8 years. The upgrades include, but are not limited to: full cockpit enclosure, exterior sun shading over the foredeck, trampolines, stainless steel dinghy davits, standing rigging, running rigging, all lines are led to the helm station with an electric winch for shorthanded sailing, flexofold props, throttle controls at the helm, lithium batteries, 8 panel solar array, rigid platform providing access to the main sail bag, plastic fuel tanks, plastic holding tanks, galley remodel with cabinetry, Corian, and 10 cubic ft. upright refrigerator/freezer, Sea Deck flooring, improved plumbing systems, freshwater plumbing for flushing of toilets, 30 gph Sea Water Pro water maker, portside water heater, forward AC unit, salon AC unit, upgraded mattresses, as well as a 12' Highfield dinghy with chaps and 25 hp Suzuki motor.
In addition to the above improvements, Crazy Pirates is equipped with an Onan generator, 3 air conditioning units, the galley is equipped with extra refrigeration, stovetop, oven, microwave, cook ware, plates, and utensils. It has numerous tools, spare parts, fenders, dock lines and safety gear that will transfer with Crazy Pirates.
The Leopard 47 is a timeless classic in the catamaran world. It is the last of the Robertson and Caine models with shaft drives. The salon and cockpit are spacious ideal for entertaining. Its sugar scoops are large and offer easy access to the water.
Crazy Pirates has sailed from Belize to Nova Scotia, back to Florida and has spent her most recent years sailing the beautiful waters between Georgia, the Florida Keys and the Bahamas. Crazy Pirates is set up for extended off the grid cruising and is prepared for her new owners to bring their swim wear, cast off the lines and sail where their hearts desire.

I bought a yacht that I had never seen. I did this because I trusted my broker Andrew Holland.
