Full video tour available on request
The 2004 Lagoon 570 is a prestigious catamaran renowned for its spaciousness and comfort. Featuring four double cabins and an additional twin bunk cabin, it offers ample accommodation for 10 guests, making it perfect for family vacations or group outings.
With its generous living areas, including a well-appointed salon and fully equipped galley, the Lagoon 570 provides a luxurious setting for relaxation and entertainment.
Its stable and seaworthy design ensures smooth sailing, while its panoramic views and open deck spaces allow passengers to fully enjoy the beauty of the sea. The Lagoon 570 embodies the epitome of luxury and convenience for unforgettable voyages.
The saloon provides a large bar with 2 integrated fridges, accompanied by an inside Nav station and 2 good sized tables. In the cockpit are 2 large tables seating up to 7 persons each (14 in total). The large bow area has 2 white bow nets for sunbathing.
This Lagoon 570 was lifted ashore in early 2024, for the annual survey and servicing (antifouling, engine service). New saildrives were fitted in February 2024. 3 coats of Seajet antifouling have been applied in order to avoid growth on the hulls for up to 2 years.
During the haul-out the boat was surveyed and found in good condition, without signs of osmosis or unexpected damages to the hulls.
Both sail-drives had been replaced with new ones.
Some through hull fittings and valves had been replaced with new ones.
Both engines had been removed, tested and serviced. Parts which needed replacing where changed such as heat exchanger and exhaust elbow, some bearings and seals, new mountings, injectors serviced etc.
Engines are working fine without smoking or loss of fluids.
The vessel passed the annual survey in order to carry passengers commercially in Malta.

Accommodation
It has 5 cabins, 4 double and one bunk (2 single beds)
The boat currently has 6 electric toilets, showers.
One bunk cabin has been removed to make space for a food preparation and storage area, but the toilet is still there in case someone wants to make a cabin out of it again.
It had also 2 single bow cabins for the crew on weekly charters, these have also been removed to make storage for fenders and life jackets, could be reinstated. The cables are still going there, the sink is still existing, but the toilets (yes it had toilets under the bed making it a total of 8 toilets…) had been removed together with most other stuff which took up to much space.

Great to deal with and very patient in our questions. They were able to find us the perfect vessel for our needs.
Andrew was nothing less than AWESOME! He was helpful and knowledgeable before, during, and after the sale. He went above and beyond to make sure we completed the sale efficiently and also helped see us off for safety.
I wanted to acknowledge how wonderful it was to work with Josie Tucci. Having her represent us as a buyer’s broker was such a breath of fresh air. She was extremely ethical every step of the way and her knowledge was expansive. She didn’t just want to get the sale/commission, she wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were taking on and supported us in getting full transparency from the seller. I cannot recommend her enough!
Cal Landau went above and beyond taking care of issues that came up during the listing. I can’t say enough.
CHRIS DID A GREAT JOB TAKING PICS AND INFO ABOUT THE BOAT AND REPRESENTED IT WILL. THE SALE COMPLETED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF LISTING!
