Three Lees is a 2006 44' Endeavour TrawlerCat in very nice condition and ready to go! A couple things that you won't find on the other 44s on the market right now. New Victron Inverter/charger, new lithium batteries, New electronic Glendinning throttle/shifting control, A Dockmate remote control, bow thruster, Flir Night Vision remote controlled camera and more
The owner recently replaced the cable controlled Shifting and Throttle with a Glendinning electronic Shifting and Throttle system. They also Installed a DockMate remote control which controls the shifting and bow thruster with a joy stick to make docking, anchoring and mooring easy and safe. They Installed 4 4d 200ah Lithium batteries along with a Victron 3000w Multiplus Inverter/Charger. To add to the safety, they added a Flir night vision camera that feeds to the chart plotter.
In November 2023, the owner spent $58,000 to have yard do work. That, along with $14,000 to the Yanmar dealer to service the engines.
These additions add a lot of value to Three Lees.
When she was built, her owner used his carpentry knowledge to create a beautiful interior built with Cherry Wood. From the Trim around her Salon ceiling lights, Trim around the master state room window, the cabinets in the galley, the salon table, all the doors and a spectacular master stateroom dressing room, this boat is one that you will want to have your friends come aboard and admire. Her vinyl Teak & Holly sole throughout the interior makes her very easy to maintain.
