About
3 Cabin/ 3 head catamaran, custom designed by Nigel Irens for luxury crewed charter.
Old world charm best describes this uniquely appealing vessel -- SANDPIPER is a twin mast sailing catamaran, a unique 19.5m (65ft) schooner. She was conceived as a ‘classic catamaran’, her architecture is based on the Wharram design, a catamaran style from Polynesia, with improved construction design and style.
The sails are gaff-rigged giving her elegance and power and together with state of the art navigation and entertainment systems, this yacht is both modern and classic. A fast (easily attaining 10 kts) and comfortable long distance cruiser, this yacht is capable of serious offshore sailing and equipped with every imaginable commodity for high end overnight and day charters. Because of her shallow draft she can be beached easily or can tuck into small romantic anchorages anywhere in the world.
